Have a sanitizer nearby; It’s another way to go about it and will save you more time.
Handsanitize your own hands before touching a client’s face. It’s definitely a step up if you communicate with your client about what you’re doing, it shows cleanliness, and they would really appreciate that.

Preparation
You want to make sure you have your lash station set up; Whichever you'll use most often should be placed closes to you.
After sanitizing your hands, place ahead protectant bid on the client's forehead; This is super helpful to avoid any adhesive spillage.
Use a sensitive lash foam, apply it on the client's eyes (closed), and gently brush only side to side and downward motion; Be free to remind clients to avoid squeezing their eyes during this process.
Use a 4x4 free lint cotton pad and use a bottle spray with water to dampen the cotton pad and gently wipe down the client's eyes.
Use a fan to dry your client's eyes with the help of a lash brush; A lash brush really helps you dry in between lashes while drying and could really help any possibility of burning.

Preparation cont'd...
Ask your client to open their eyes (not up, not down, but straight up), then place eyelash pads right over the bottom lash line (not the waterline). Tip; Pulldown outer corner (with your middle finger, or whichever finger works for you) when placing the lash pads.
Once placed, tell your client to keep their eye's closed throughout the process. What I like to do is to add another lash pad. Tip; This could really help to hold down any lashes that might have snuck out and to help keep the lash pad to stay in place. Feel free to use tape.

Preparation cont'd...
Apply lash bonder to 2 microfiber brushes, brush each one against lashes and in a downward motion before applying it front and back of lashes. Tips; Never reuse a microfiber brush if you ever need more bonder (keep it clean); When applying, avoid touching skin; Allow lashes to dry. During this drying process, waste no time and start shaking your adhesive (prepare to use).
Shake your adhesive for at least 30 seconds before using it. Tip; Avoid lid getting stuck (over time) by wiping down the nozzle each time open and used; Keep adhesive in a store tight container (helps with performance).
Have varieties of lash sizes laid out and ready to use.
Always have a lash map and a pen close by. This is the key to being consistent with your client's lashes.
